Return Procedure
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Before returning an item, please obtain the return address by emailing skycolourss@outlook.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
For returned items valued over SGD 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that returned items will reach us.
